First day!

Ok it's not the first day but I will talk about it. I moved into Marshall last Wednesday and it's prettyy amazing. I started classes on Monday. I was super nervous at first and sat by random people the first two days. I was nervous not only because my classes are ridiculously hard but I hadn't made any friends! Acquaintances maybe, but no one I would seek out and sit with the next day. This changed yesterday! I made a friend, Ashley, and met her friends. They are all really nice and not weird. Lol now I have someone to walk to class with, eat lunch with and even work out with! Super happy. And a plus is she's a nursing major too so we can study and we have a lot of the same classes. Gah. I've prayed about this for weeks, that I wouldn't be a loner.. Online on reviews about Marshall it says people um, kind of group with their friends from high school and it's hard to get a group of friends. I was nervous but now I'm super happy with college! Minus the hard class part but whatever.

On another note, on posts I will now start posting what I'm listening to and what I'm doing at the time.

First day of actual class like things was a success for the most part. I was only alone for a little bit until I met some people and then found some people I knew. Monday the real fun starts.. I'll post more tomorrow maybe? Idkk.

Friends without Benefits..

So much has happened in the past couple of weeks. I didn't write because a lot of it is about stuff I just cannot talk about on here. Some stuff is good, but a lot of it is just sucky. Lol. Umm, I'll start with my friends.. two of my best friends started dating which made it very awkward for me. I've been trying to keep them both as friends but it became apparent that I could really only be friends with one. Or one at a time lol. Things get very complicated when it comes to us.. I'll just leave it at that. Another thing that has made my life complicated is Marshall University. I got a statement saying I didn't owe anything to them because of my scholarships and grants and loans. I called Marshall to see how much I would be getting back as a refund with my loans and well...let's just say it's a good thing I called. I owed over a thousand dollars, and it had to be paid by the due date three days later. MAJOR FREAK OUT on my end. I cried a lot..it was bad! I thought I wouldn't be able to go to college. A thousand dollars in my family is like..well a lot of money. I wish it wasn't like that but it is. The good news is that my super awesome grandmother is helping me get there and giving me money to live off of!! I am soo grateful. The good lord is taking care of me! Lol :)))) Eh, I'll be back to write in a few days, probably on move in day, Wednesday.
